Want to make your website user friendly, but don’t know where to start? Website usability assessments provide practical feedback to help you plan improvements. This is a free service we offer to community organisations nationwide.
Our approach
We take a content-user approach, where we step into the shoes of the visitors to your website and think about how it meets their needs. We also aim to help you communicate your organisation’s purpose and goals more effectively.
How it works
We’ll ask you a few questions about your website and then write a report that covers key usability topics and provides recommendations. We are also available for a follow up session so you can ask questions and discuss the recommendations.
What you can use it for
The research can be used to:
- plan improvement/redevelopment projects
- build a case for additional resource
- share with your website developer.
Who does the assessments
We have a team of volunteer web usability experts coordinated by Louise Lum, who presented the Make your website work harder for you workshops.
